Marbella Pilates & Yoga Studio

In our yoga classes we teach the different poses (asanas) with anatomical precision. To meet the needs of the individual body types we use props like blocks, straps and blankets to gradually increase the stretch without straining your muscles or joints. Conscious breathing is synchronised with flowing movement to bring your body and mind into a  state of profound relaxation. Continous advice from the teacher  keeps your attention focused on the different and subtle movements that make the real difference. The quiet environment and the panoramic view to the golf course enhance the holistic experience of the yoga class. Only small groups of max. 5 people.
