Pilates mat exercises strengthen your deep abdominal muscles, lower back and hips creating a strong core in the center of your body known as the powerhouse. Your spine becomes more supple through controlled rolling movements. Without the help of any apparatus you are challenged to use your own body weight as resistance. The exercises are short but very effective combining active stretch with abdominal toning. For extra arm and leg toning we use the Magic Circle.
Our small groups of max. 5 people allow personal attention and a relaxed fun atmosphere. After the session you will feel energised and stand more upright.
