Welcome to our website. At our studio you will have the opportunity to be safely guided towards better health and wellbeing. We teach pilates with apparatus in private sessions only. Our pilates style is the authentic pilates method of Joseph Pilates exactly as it was designed by him. Our teacher training at the New York Pilates School and 10 years of teaching experience are unique in the coast. We also teach private yoga clases in the classical style of hatha yoga.
